FiftySevenEast is a unique collection of eighty three luxury one, two and three bedroom contemporary apartments situated at fifty seven Kingsland High Street. Winner of the international Irish Construction Excellence Awards in 2018 and also picked up the British Safety Council International Safety Awards Merit in 2017.
The project itself consists of the construction of a collection of 83 luxury contemporary apartments located in a 15 storey building, a separate 5 storey building fronting the high street which incorporates 15 affordable intermediate units and also includes A1 commercial space on the ground floor. Seán Doyle Painting Contractors carried out all painting and decorating works and were delighted to have been first choice painting contractors for this high-end Bennett Construction development for Taylor Wimpey.
